PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS AND EXPERIENCE Mr. Dobosz is a partner at Brady & Jensen, where he concentrates his practice in individual tax planning. His practice not only encompasses compliance, such as return preparation, but also income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, drafting wills and trusts, handling estate and trust administrations, representing taxpayers in income and estate tax audits (including tax court), and business planning for closely held business owners. He regularly advises clients in business matters, such as reducing transfer taxes, succession planning, international taxation, and estate planning. In addition, an important part of his practice is in setting up gift, insurance, and charitable programs. Mr. Dobosz is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Dobosz is a frequent speaker for professional and civic organizations, including the Kane County Bar Association. He was an instructor in accounting and taxation for Valparaiso University, College of Business Administration, and is currently an instructor for Elgin Community College's paralegal program in taxation.
